Making Your Own Whitener

Making your own whitener is the cheapest way to whiten your teeth; also, besides laser teeth whitening, it is arguably the most effective way to whiten your teeth. You'll need two ingredients and two supplies: hydrogen peroxide, baking soda, a bowl, and a toothbrush. Take a pinch of banking soda, place it into the bowl, and then put a few drops of hydrogen peroxide on it. Add peroxide or baking soda, while stirring the solution with your toothbrush until you get a pasty substance. Adding more baking soda will make the solution thicker, and adding more hydrogen peroxide will make it more watery. The paste will be your own toothpaste.
